Systems Management Group, Inc. (SMG) was created in 1989 and is dedicated to providing a complete suite of products and services to the Healthcare Community. In addition to selling and supporting Practice Management & EHR software, we have many add-on products to enhance practice productivity. Our clients include medical practices, clinics and billing services from coast-to-coast.
SMG's team of specialists works with EMDs products including Lytec Practice Management and Lytec Plus EHR. SMG was one of Lytec's first resellers and continues 34 years later to be amongst its most respected sources of experience and knowledge. We participate on the Lytec Advisory Board and have helped bring critical features and functions to the Lytec software product for many years.

Murray is the founder of SMG and it's
visionary. He emphasizes client retention through quality software, hardware and customer support. Murray has won many awards on behalf of SMG and continues to be a presence in the Healthcare industry.
Deanna McMerty
Director of Sales
Deanna started working for SMG in 1998 as a sales consultant. She is now a key player in determining SMG's sales & marketing strategy. Deanna knows the SMG product line and understands how our products can benefit the medical practice.

Dave Ghirardi
Senior Technician
Dave is now in his 14th year of service for SMG. Thoroughly schooled in Network Architecture and the latest in technology, Dave provides our clients with support for their current systems and consulting for future purchases. He and his IT Team currently support hundreds of networks.
Bill Wall
Technician
Bill started working for SMG in 2015 as a junior technician. Over the past few years he has learned to support SMG's hosted environment and is the first tier of support for our IT Service clients. His familiarity with networks, workstations and printers makes him indispensable to our support dept.
